Wave-Particle Duality: Particle Always Remains Particle and Its Wave Function Always Remains Wave

چکیده
On the question of wave-particle duality, from historic Bohr-Einstein debates a century ago, to this day, view expressed in Niels Bohr’s Complementarity Principle has become well established, confirmed by numerous experiments: If observation is for wave nature, then particle changes wave, and if remains particle. However, recently been challenged. With proof based on definition function, it shown that always its function no mysterious change vice versa.

Optical solitons and wave-particle duality.
We investigate the propagation of optical solitons interacting with linear defects in the medium. We show that solitons exhibit a wave-particle dualism versus power, i.e., depending on the relative size of soliton and defect, responsible for a soliton trajectory dependent on its waist.
متن کاملWave-Particle Duality and the Hamilton Action
The Hamilton-Jacobi equation of relativistic quantum mechanics is revisited. The equation is shown to permit solutions in the form of breathers (oscillating/spinning solitons), displaying simultaneous particle-like and wave-like behaviour. PACS: 03.65-w, 03.65Pm, 03.65.-b
متن کاملWave Particle Duality in General Relativity
In this paper a one to one correspondence is established between spacetime metrics of general relativity and the wave equations of quantum mechanics. This is done by first taking the square root of the metric associated with a space and from there, passing directly to a corresponding expression in the dual space. It is shown that in the case of a massless particle, Maxwell’s equation for a phot...
متن کاملThe wave function of a Brownian particle
Using the Caldirola-Kanai Hamiltonian, we study the time evolution of the wave function of a particle whose classical motion is governed by the Langevin equation mẍ + ηẋ = F (t). We show, in particular, that if the initial wave function is Gaussian, then (i) it remains Gaussian for all times, (ii) its width grows, approaching a finite value when t → ∞, but (iii) its center describes a Brownian ...
متن کاملThe Exterior Three - Particle Wave Function
For three particles interacting via forces of finite range, it is shown that the wave function interior to the finite volume where all three force ranges overlap completely determines the exterior wave function, provided only the wave functions (half off-shell t matrices) of the isolated two-particle subsystems are also known inside their own range of force. The determination is provided by the...
